Amber recently assisted us in purchasing our dream property and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. Amber was very patient with us through the purchase of our first home. Putting everything you have on the line is terrifying and she made the experience very easy with having everything thoroughly explained, answering questions and addressing our concerns. Amber is FABULOUS! We couldn’t have gone with a better realtor. She helped us get our dream house and showed it to us before it was even on the market. Plus, she is incredibly organized. She and her team kept a list of dates and deadlines for forms, inspections, meetings, etc. She put everything into both a binder and a USB so we have the information we need about the house physically and digitally. I was a realtor on the mainland and know no one who went those extra miles. She was proactive about communication and made it as stressless a process as possible. She’s also such a nice person and made the experience much more pleasant. She was another essential pair of eyes protecting our interests, asking incisive questions to inspectors and contractors, and going above and beyond to make sure all bases were covered. We can’t thank her enough - she knows her stuff!

When deciding to buy or sell a home you are making a life-changing decision and need to have an expert on your side to get the best deal and ensure the transaction goes smoothly. Amber was simply amazing. We were fortunate enough to have her and her team represent us on both the selling of our beloved home in Waimanalo and the purchase of our new home in town. She took the time to get to know our family and understood our needs. She was instrumental in both transactions. From our first meeting with her to the signing of the closing documents she was there for us. She took care of staging our home, promoting the listing, managing multiple offers, negotiations, working with title, escrow, loan officers, and the dozens of deadlines with professionalism and a smile. Real estate transactions are stressful enough one at a time but our situation required us to have both homes in escrow at the same time and she was able to manage both transactions flawlessly and we even closed the sale of our former house early. Thanks to Amber we were able to get multiple offers over the asking price and accepted an offer in less than a week on the market.
